Spokane residents who want to weigh in before next week’s Spokane Regional Health District Board of Health meeting have until 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 to submit written comment for inclusion in the official meeting record, according to the district’s meeting page.[1]
The regular Board of Health meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Spokane Regional Health District, 1101 W. College Ave., auditorium, first floor. SRHD says the meeting is open to the public in person, will be streamed on YouTube, and can also be heard by phone.[1]
SRHD says written comments can be submitted online to the board’s executive secretary email or mailed to the district. Comments that arrive after the October 28 deadline will not make that packet; the agency says they will instead be included in the packet for the next regularly scheduled meeting.[1]
For residents who want background before commenting, SRHD’s meeting page says meeting material “will be available on October 22, 2026.” The district also keeps prior Board of Health agendas, minutes, vouchers and supporting reports on its past-meetings page. SRHD says written citizen input is not included in those archived packets and requires a public-records request for a complete meeting record.[1][2]
